In 2024, at the urging of a former President of NAR, a group of professionals came together to support efforts to attract new Real Estate Agent Professional into the Industry. The group’s initial goal was to convince first-year Real Estate Agent Professionals to stay in the Industry, where they could make a significant difference in their community. They worked with elected officials and community leaders to serve as a voice for this demographic. This work continues as RebaUSA partners with Metro Government, Greater Louisville Inc., Leadership Louisville Center, and countless other organizations to increase awareness of issues affecting new Real Estate Agent Professionals and activate existing Real Estate Agent Professionals to make a difference in the community.

RebaUSA plays an integral role in the Real Estate Industry not just for our members and alumni, but all new Real Estate Agent Professionals and the broader community. We support efforts to attract and retain talent in our city. We serve as a jumping-off point both for those who are new to the Industry and those who are continue to be a Real Estate Agent Professioal We advocate for all peoples and underrepresented voices to have a seat at the table. We convene the many people, groups and organizations working to build a better Real Estate Industry. We lead with our values first to ensure everyone knows there is a place for everyone at RebaUSA and in America.
